Our services
Strengths-based support that respects the individual’s way of experiencing the world.
Support is structured around consistency, accessible choices, positive relationships, meaningful activity and reducing avoidable barriers. Specific approaches are agreed through assessment rather than assumed from a label.
Our approach
Understand communication, preferences, strengths, routines and concerns.
Support is adapted to the person’s age, circumstances and network. For children and young people, family and education relationships may be especially important. For adults, the emphasis may include autonomy, home life, work, relationships and community participation. Individual assessment determines the detail.
